Anyone had a client upgrade to PU4 in 4.40 and say that the memo settings in Memo Manager Maintenance got changed?

Looking at an issue where client updated to 4.4 PU4 and claims the memo settings have somehow changed. Still drilling into the issue. Seems they're getting a blank screen.

What I'm seeing is that after upgrade from 4.3 to 4.4 PU4 - the customer memo is popping up as blank for customers who have a memo. To reproduce I find a customer with no memo. Create a new memo. Set that memo to always display. Close the customer. Go back in. See that a memo pops up but the memo is blank with the only field being a ""NEVER"" under when to display. This is similar to what you'd see if you were to enter in a brand new memo (before putting any data in).

Interesting, but not what happened to my client. Their memos displayed fine after we changed the settings back - it was just that the flags of when to display appeared to have gotten changed.
