Anyone had a client trying to print ACA forms in Aatrix and be in a loop re Microsoft distributables? Doesn't happen with 940 form, etc. But every time we access the 1095C, it says it needs to install Microsoft Distributables (nothing specific, like C++, .Net, etc), click Install, Finish. Then have to start over and get the same darned thing.

I haven't run into that but am wondering if you tried installing the update manually.

I'd love to if it told me which one it was.... :-(

I had already done that. :-(

We did. Had to log off as user and login as admin user on the machine. Then we were able to use the download and complete the MS installs.

Concur that install requires administrator rights. Power User not enough.

If @AnnetteEgbert 's suggestion doesn't do the trick try installing the updates manually from the MS website. I don't have the links to the site pages off hand, but this was the only way this worked for one of my clients. Attached is a picture of all the prerequisites needed.
