Anyone from ACS in the group? I am just trying to get a multi bin price quote for a proposal. Left a message with sales on Friday. No call back today. Called again a few minutes ago.... re-directed to VM after 10 minutes on hold. Life must be grand when you have so much business you can't even provide good service in the sales department.

Thanks Robert. I will email Ron. I was trying to avoid that. Last time I emailed him with a multi bin question he told me to read the manual... LOL.... Are we really supposed to be experts on every 3rd party Sage ""strap on""?

I think a love/hate relationship exists with most resellers and ACS. When I first starting working with Ron, we had a phone conversation that didn't require a telephone. To make matters worse, I was on site with the client.....

@DougHiggs -we just finished an implementation with ACS - moving from SWK's multi-bin product that we could not get to for v4.5 or higher, including the SQL version. Ron was actually great to work with, very responsive and we got the sale closed within a few days. Good luck!

Just a note - there are two Ron's at ACS - Ron Jacobs and Ron Chompf. I've had good dealings with ACS and have dealt mainly with Ron Jacobs as he handled the modification quote we needed for WO.

The feedback is greatly appreciated. I have worked with ACS in the past. I have implemented ScanForce and Scanco using multi bin as well as multi bin as a stand alone app. I get frustrated when you can't get someone to simply pick up the phone. Seems pretty basic. You know.... we are in a service business. How about some prompt service????? The world has come to endless telephone menus, voice mails and electronic communication. If you are in a service business and want a competitive advantage, try picking up the telephone. It would surprise the hell out of me. Now pass the brandi. make it a double!

@DougHiggs here is a more recent price list . I think I gave you the summer one. Haven't had time to check and see if prices changed.
