I have a customer getting Time Out errors with Office 365, but it's been going on for 1-2 weeks. Any idea how to fix Time Out Errors with Office 365?

Did you get a resolution to this? They are getting a message but allowed to continue and just does not send that one of the 75 they are sending.

Yes, their IT department got it working. Not sure how. Life is good. **But this brings up a good point, it would go a LONG way benefitting all if the solution to problems were posted when resolved!! That way, when asked a month later, one does not have to stare blindly into space remembering that one actually had the problem, let alone what the solution was.** Sorry Larry.

No apology needed. We all tend to just move to the next one on the list.

We have a customer using Office 365 with v2016 Advanced on a Terminal server hosted on AWS. They started reporting intermittent timeouts when emailing through PLO SO Inv or PO. 99% of time all is well, but then they get a timeout error (set to 30 seconds). If they turn around and resend immediately after all is well. Eventually their IT hooked them up to a different SMTP. However they still report the problems, although I can't tell if it is less frequent. In this case, Chuck and I are convinced it has to do with something in the TS itself, because this simply makes no sense. They are replacing it soon, so we'll see.
