    Anyone ever have information disappear/clear from SO Entry? Client randomly has the problem of the PO number they enter getting cleared from the header. They think it happens after they change a Ship to Address when navigating back to the Ship To Address from being on the Lines screen. They also experience some data they type in the Ship To Address also disappears.

    What version? There was an issue in PO at one time. Is client current on the PU's?

    @JaneScanlan - did you ever find the root cause to this issue? We have a customer reporting something similar with a number of fields in Sales Order, but we cannot duplicate it. Our customer is running Sage 100 PREMIUM v2016.
