Anyone ever had the SO Gross Profit Journal not print or come up blank? With paperless, it prompts for it and looks like it's printing a page but it comes up blank. Tried previewing it and it does something then goes away. I created a new batch and printed the journal and gross profit journal just fine. I'm thinking there's something in one of the invoices (only 7) but it would be nice to know what to look for. Thoughts??

I have, and it was a Paperless Office Role Maintenance thing related to not having full access to journal and register maintenance. (think they were read only) But that would be a quick check.

Logged in with my user - full rights - same thing. As him, the one invoice I entered as a test worked fine. There has to be something in one of the invoices that is causing this. He has deleted them and re-entered them - same thing. What would mess up the gross profit report???

The only time I had one print blank was when ODBC security had been turned on and no one given rights to the ODBC tables.

Found it. One invoice had an average cost item sold at zero dollars but with a unit cost of .0003. It did NOT like that...

Yes, this was happening for a client on 4.4. Installing a service update resolved it. I don't remember which SU had the fix.

This is a client on 4.5.
