Anyone ever encountered the error message ""object RA_GenerateTransactions_UI does not exist""? Couldn't find a single thing on Sage's KB. The client was generating a batch of RMA transactions and the computer crashed during the update. An empty Sales Order batch was created, which should have contained credit memos, and the RMA batch was still present. She deleted the remnants and started a new batch and is now getting the error. Any insight would be appreciated - thanks.

Greg: A similar event: ""The object SO_Shipping_UI does not exist"" accessing shipping data entry Rebooting the Application Server resolved the issue in this particular case.

Rebooting and restoring RA_GenerateTransactions_UI.pvc from backup right now. Thanks Lee and Therese.

Turned out not to be the program file but rather the RA_GenerateTransactions.M4T data file. Rebuilt it and the generate transaction process went through just fine. Not sure why the message did not indicate a header block error in the first place!?
