    Yes, two of our customers just called. We assume Sage Payment Services is down.

    Just spoke with SPS support who said, ""It is a system-wide error and the engineers are working on it. Once it's fixed, an email blast will be sent to all merchants."" ""Was an email blast sent to them alerting them of the issue?"" ""I would hope so but you are my 82nd call since 4:55 ET so we have no idea. I suppose it would help to post something on the website but as I said, the phones are non-stop."" Sigh....

    Thanks, Therese. My client also relayed to me that yesterday every time they tried to put thru an invoice and got an error, SPS still picked up the charge (but they didn't know about that until today). They spent today undoing the duplicate charges. Please have your clients check their SPS for duplicate charges from yesterday's outage.

    She emailed me today saying at least one order had four pre-auth's on it.
