Can't wait to hear Larry. I wonder if he is going to talk about his v3.23 account migration and how Sage 100c was pivotable in this client moving up the ladder????

Easy... I can do two things at once. I am monitoring this as well. :)

They did buy 100c BTW. This is mostly migrating current clients to 100c.

Wedding from a few years ago. I cropped out the rest in my party. I like it better than the MOTM. Partly because I am old in that one. I use this one on all my professional Social Media.

The Sage Culture apparently does not involve rehearsing what you will read before going in front of ~100 of your salespeople who are already moonlighting with the competition. If presenters are excited here, they are really, really good at hiding it ...

The Feature Map from earlier in the presentation makes it seems like the new Framework modules will be for 100 and not 100c. (MA) Did Linda just say that Sage 100 (not c) will get the mfg modules in the Business Framework? (Linda) Yes, I did say that. There will be some pricing differentiation, but it will be available to all.

Did anyone take attendance of the Sage names on the call? That's a useful way to know who may be on their way out.

Same as Wayne, plus I think I was able to determine that the incessant beeping was people entering/exiting the webinar. Annoying.

I felt much of what was addressed was already known but I saw a reseller asking if they could transition a client to Advanced or Premium at the same cost. That is a huge value and it is at no additional cost (that has moved two of our larger clients). I also saw comments about the upfront fee which is waived on transitioned clients from 100 perpetual. This was not a new sale meeting (by their design) it was transitioning current clients. As for the additional users in the future, I understand we get a % of renewal and sales, so I am not sure why there would be no margin. The tier credit is something else and would be annoying if not given. Our tier credit is already significantly reduced by the reduced cost entry point on Sage 100c.

WRT the question about tier credit - yet another reason we need to continue to think about ways to build our own recurring revenue subscriptions that are independent of Sage. We need to ask ""What is it that customers value that they cannot get from Sage"". In most cases that's speed of response, last mile on-site and managed upgrades we perform every year and not just during the next server move in 6 years. Clearly things are going to happen with Sage in terms of executive leadership, ownership, etc. However in most situations if we are smart we can continue to earn our own recurring revenue from the customers.

Someone asked for the Q & A scrape (Wayne?) here is a word doc with all the Q&A - we have a Sage100c FAQ link for our customers so I wanted to get them to see if any of these should be added to our FAQ's I couldn't capture the name of the people asking or answering. I cleaned up some of the spelling and such but it is pretty much a cut and paste of each Q&A I agree the most beneficial part of the webinar was the Feature Map and Core differentiation screens.

David - How did you do this? I tried, but could only copy the Q's.

I didn't do anything special, just cut and paste I could highlight the answers but not the ""who"" part of the screen
