  • 1.  Anyone else having trouble downloading from the Sa

    Anyone else having trouble downloading from the Sage site? I am using Google Chrome and tried two computers - neither was able to download Sage 100 2015 PU2 - no error message or any indication of issues. The system just stays on the page. None of the other links on the page work either.

    The direct download is working for me from Chrome: http://cdn.dlm.na.sage.com/sage100erp/8554/sage100erp2015update2.exe

    I was able to find a direct download page. The page that lists all the product updates does not seem to be working on Chrome or Internet Explorer.

    direct download from Chrome worked for me at a customer a little while ago. Main installer is taking forever, but that might be the customer's internet connection.

    I went through Knowledgebase, downloads page and it worked for me with IE.

    I have intermittently had that issue and if I copied and pasted the direct download link into another web page it then worked. This was maybe a month ago that I had the issue for a week or so. Maybe it's some of the fun MS updates!

    I had a similar experience downloading the PU last week using Chrome. I reverted to IE and pulled it down. I tried it again later in the day after having closed Chrome and it worked like a charm. I can't say what resolved the issue. I had a similar experience with downloading a copy of Microsoft Power Query last week as well. Changing to IE allowed me to pull down the file. The issue resolved itself later in the day having closed Chrome once or twice. Happy Computing!
