    Anyone else having problems with GotoAssist 1/3/2019 10 am ET - very slow to get a session for a customer then they get the perpetual hanging trying to connect.

    Yes, lots of connection and start up issues.

    I will say though that their e-mail communication (if subscribed) is great when issues/outages occur. Certainly something Sage could learn from.

    Yes, For the last week or so, experiencing problems with GTA launching on windows 10 computer. Once connected it works great. Thanks @BrettZimmerman for the headsup to subscribe to e-mail communication!

    1/3 to 1/2 the time I have to manually walk the customer through add/remove programs and remove the old GotoAssist or the installer freezes and doesn't do anything. It's getting much worse lately.

    FWIW, I found that I can only launch it from the website, rather than from my desktop executable. And that was today.

    What I learned is when the user is unable to launch the client portion to have them go in and uninstall the two goto programs -- one is something named installer and the other I think is Goto client. After that I can typically have them go to fast support and then they can connect ok. The glitch appears to be when GotoAssist tries to update itself. It's probably UAC related but who knows.

    GotoOpener GotoAsisst Customer These two increasingly have to be manually removed through Add/Remove programs before some customers can remotely connect. Failing to do so results in the system just pompting that it's waiting to connect (presumably forever)
