Update: Bernardo from Sage Portal Support DID contact me shortly after I posted the above. He was able to ""reconnect"" me but I was unable to run any reports - they all came up blank. He said I may have to wait until the next day ""after the entire system has had the chance to update which happens overnight.""
The next day, sure enough, data is there but only from my original 100 account, not our 300 account. He says everything should have transferred over and can I give him an example of how I am running the report and what is missing. I send him screen shots of the date range entered, the data that appears and then a copy of the report run BEFORE the consolidation with data for 300.
Just heard back from him. This is his response:
""The reason why you are not seeing the Sage 300 ERP commissions is because those transactions were processed under account 40005XXXXX. From what I am seeing on your transaction histories for both 40005XXXXX and 40005ZZZZZ, it looks like the transactions were not carried over to the surviving account.
I am uncertain if this should have been a part of their account consolidation process or if this was intended and that someone from within the Sales Team can assist you with these old records should you need details about them.""
UNCERTAIN??? INTENDED???
WTH???
