I have had two that were not setup completely. And they didn't find out they were not until they were trying to process payroll. So not a huge deal, the next payroll got the DD rather than the one they were expecting, but inconvenient for sure! I think there is a big gap between what the client has to do on their own to get the pre-note/company setup and what actually happens in Sage. Now I know better, so I ask all the questions, and have my clients log into the DD Website so I can verify they did everything correct on that side.
