You're too small to handle a real product. And since your growing customer clearly is too complex for your skillset - why not refer them to us. You can dicker with Sage for about 6 months on whether you've received the proper tier credit -- but rest assured that we will be servicing our new client (formerly your client) for the next 5 years and have no problem collecting our tier credit or the $12,000 a year in services that we'll be billing them instead of you.
