Anyone do Dynamics? Moving a client off. Trying to create Crystal Reports in Dynamics to export static data. Keeps saying crw.exe not found. Is there a special folder it needs to be installed into? Or is there some screen in Dynamics where I can specify where Crystal was loaded? If it matters the version of Dynamics, I'll find out. TIA!

You might be able to get everything off of smart lists which export directly to Excel. Keep in mind - there is a row limit by default but you can override it easily. Smart Lists are very user friendly and they most likely know how to use them.

Client's never heard of Smart Lists. It's gonna be a good time here, I can see.

If it is Dynamics GP, it should be on their Application Menu. Pretty easy to navigate through and definitely easiest to extract the data. I actually use SQL when I do it but there are some tricks to link the tables and the table names are not intuitive.
