Anyone been able to get a response from Vineyardsoft. We have been reaching out to them for 3-4 days with no response even with a direct email to Don Farber?

Did you fill out the support form on their website? (http://www.vineyardsoft.com/support_email.php). That's been the best way for me to get a hold of them....

We did. It's an existing case. All of a sudden they dropped off the radar.

Maybe Sage bought them.....

I had an email from Tricia yesterday.

Turns out their email system was putting emails in the spam folder. Finally got a response today after leaving messages yesterday.
