    Does that appear to give access to the KB without login ? I didn't try to do any searches

    It does. The results leave much to be desired.

    Appears to be a subset of the full knowledgebase. The searches are less than helpful (very incomplete) and some links take you to a page that says you don't have the rights to view the content (because you are not logged in).

    The link let me in to the KB.. Did several searches but all results were dated in December 2013. I was able to open all the links I looked at.
