    Anyone able to get articles from SSO KB? Search brings up a list, and my answer is actually #1 on the list, but when I click on the link I get much spinning of cursor and eventually an error 500. Looking for http://www.sagesoftwareonline.com/sw_attach/kdb.asp?isresolutionconceptid=515921

    I had the same problem - had to call Sage and they were able to pull up articale on internal database. Bad news -sorry

    Pretty safe bet, of course it did. I did complain about that but since I am still on unlimited cases for a while I did use them this time.
