Sage CRM

Anyone able to find your customer's 4.5 SageCRM license key on Atlas? I can't find it anywhere on there and we can't locate it in the 4.5 info that the customer was mailed. I installed without license key for the 30 day trial for now but would like to find out where I can get it from. Hopefully I don't have to call registration (yuk).

I've gone back into the old site to find the keys for CRM. I don't see the CRM keys on Atlas anywhere.

SOP for me - Just send an e-mail to the CAM. Let them deal with it. So far, no push back from them.

I checked on Atlas and also did not find any CRM keys. Where are these residing now -- in some secret database we don't have access to?

Apparently there is a secret database that even my CAM doesn't have access too...the way he said it sounds like they have one person there is working on them so maybe that is the only person that has access to them. Call or email your CAM in any matter...I have 3 more I am going to hit mine for tomorrow that I need.

I also cannot find this information and I don't know who our CAM is.

You will not find them on the portal. You have to ask Tamara to generate them for you and email them over. She was fairly responsive when I requested ours.

Yes, she emailed me the key but completely ignored my question about finding them on the portal. Yes, I know from what you said that they are not on the portal but I really think someone should address this.

I totally agree Dawn. I posed that question to my CAM a month ago and he said he had no idea if anyone was working on it or when they would be up there. The other issue is there is no easy way I could find out how many MAS or CRM users my customer is licensed for.

Well I emailed her. I'll let you know how it goes.
