AnyoInstalled using Win98 compatibility to the C:\program files\best folder which the install creates. Installed: System Setup Library Master General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Inventory Maintenance Sales Order Purchase Order Bank Rec Custom Office Visual Integrator Installed without issue. Click on Mas90 under Best on the Start Menu and get first error after the splash screen: ""Unable to convert customizer to Level 3.51"" at the process screen ""3.51 Expand UDF Master File"" Click OK and next one comes up as: ""Unable to initialize file RMOAPD.soa, Retry? (Yes, No) at the process screen ""re-compiling rm0apd.soa"" Click Yes, same error. Click No, am reminded to be sure to register all the Mas90 modules installed. Click OK and it starts to install the menus and loops back to first error. Need to kill it in Task Manager as it is a loop.ne seen this when re-installing 3.71 from CD? this is not a customer but an email from someone on the web.

I installed to Windows 10 and did not experience an issue. My guess is that this user may be installing over the top of some existing data and there is some type of data damage causing the errors.

    3.51 on Windows 10 worked? That's impressive...

3.71 -- it appears to at least load. I am not sure what the user was doing that caused the issue but my guess is they had some corrupt data they installed over. Also, for the future, I used c:\best\ as the install folder and not the suggested c:\program files\ Not sure if that has any bearing - just a note in case someone searches and finds this while trying to solve a similar issue.
