Anybody using Century Business Solutions for credit card processing instead of Sage? Has sage changed anything with their margins on SPS?

We have been using APS - very happy with them.

We have been working with Century with good results.

Not sure about others, but I find Century margins lower than Sage's. Service seems good.

APS is great. Better margins, paid monthly, cool portal. We do also have a few using SPS -- seems like a new team with new energy there. Heard margins are changing, but haven't seen anything.

We had one Century installation and they are now returning to SPS, because they love everything Sage. (That is not a joke, and I don't think any kind of medications were involved.) We also have 3-4 APS installations which are working fine. The majority of ours are still SPS and we don't get complaints. If a customer follows best practices procedures, they do fine with SPS.

APS funds next day at 100% and takes fees at end of month. Makes it easier for reconciliation.

Have some folks using Century. They have been very pleased with the service and fees. My only complaint about them is that they seem to wait until we call with an error to tell us that they already have a patch for that. How about releasing a service pack on a regular basis?!?
