    Anybody use gotoassist (or whatever they call it). I know its technically licensed as a 'named user' If you have multiple people doing support, but not more than 1 at a time, does it allow you to somehow reuse the license like gotomeeting does?

    Yes, the gotoassistexpress, now gotomanage does.

    Yes multiple people can use GTA. If one person is actively on a session, the second user gets a message that it is in use. If the first person has it actvie but just waiting for someone to start a session, the second person hs the ability to redirect the session to their workstation. Everyone uses the same logon and password

    FYI. Log Me In Rescue (what we use) works the same way.
