Anybody know where they hid the YTD and Prior YTD inventory numbers in 4.5? Client upgraded (without warning) and now their reports have to be redone. The Inventory one I was able to work out most of the info except for that noted previously. TIA!

That info must be added via a sub-report. It is only stored by period now. Ar and ap had the some issue upon framework roll out.

If you're asking about sales, you have to go about it differently using IM_ItemWhseHistByPeriod I think.

Also I believe that the HistorybyPeriod tables also include sales tax. As a follow up on this I just looked at the IM_ItemCustomerHistoryByPeriod and it does not include the sales tax, but the Customer Sales History by Period report under AR does include the sales tax.

Dang, I was afraid of that once I looked at the history files. Crud. That's a pain. They just want the summaries YTD Sales, YTD COGS, Avg OH Qty, Qty Issued YTD, Prior Yr Sold, Qty Issued Prior Yr. All used to be stored fields...why oh why do they have to make things difficult. So, does anyone have the formula for year selection? This is where I always mess up. And I'll probably need two subreports right? Current year and previous? Appreciate your help as always.

Previous year: left(replace(cstr(Year(CurrentDate)-1),"","",""""),4) Current year: left(replace(cstr(Year(CurrentDate)),"","",""""),4)

Hmm, I'm considering customizing the standard Inventory Reorder Report because the 'Qty To-Date' fields that I need are present.
