Sage 300

Anybody know what to do about this? I have a client with Sage AccPac 5.6 version 100 with MS-Sql on a Windows 2008 server and a terminal server, with 5 Lanpak users total. When users finish using AccPac and close it and log off the terminal server, it sometimes takes DAYS until they are able to sign in as someone else and use the Lanpak that should have been freed up. I have to log in to the server each timer and free up the open files, and sometimes even that doesn't work. Any ideas?

Does the terminal server session show the user logged out in Remote Desktop Services? Does the TS have the full Accpac install or the workstation setup? I seem to recall a TS installation that I had to switch from workstation setup to the full install, but I am not sure if that was the exact reason or not.

I believe it has the WS setup - the full install is on the server. And the TS session doesn't even exist anymore in most cases.

You can just deleted the lanpak.bin in the site folder. It will get recreated when the user logs back into Accpac. Sometimes this file just doesn't close correctly.
