Thanks. Would you say typically the 'options' are $50k? say for a 30 user system?

There are Finance, Distribution and Manufacturing Packs, so Full Users are $2,610, $3,180 and $3,450 respectively. Then there are User Types: Operational (distribution only), Inquiry and Device Users, all of which are less than the Full Users. All of these are also different based on the Product Edition - Standard or Premium. (Manufacturing Premium - Concurrent Full User is $4,400) The options are all the functions not included in the bundles, such as Sales Tax, SmartLinc, SI, Etc.

Ah. That's very similar to epicor. Do all packs have to be the same? In other words, can you have 5 finance and 5 mfg, or you have to select one based on company need?

It all of the same type. If it's manufacturing and 30 users, they can access finance, distribution and manufacturing (subject to security).
