Sage 100

Anybody have any direct links to CRM downloads from the Partner Portal? When I select the solution ""Customer Relationship Management"" from the site it just spins and spins, never loads anything. Trying to download all the latest service packs for an install.

Do you need the 4.5 full Sage 100 ERP download? I assume not and you're looking for something specific to Sage CRM

Thanks Brian! Anybody know what the secret is to get these links on the Portal to work? I've gone through all the settings in IE and still nothing.

I've got the same question. The only thing I was able to do was suggested by Robert Wood -- click on the IE browser address bar where there's a picture of a broken sheet of paper and that threw it into compatibility mode. Even then I have problems access the information and for that reason I maintain a separate set of downloads so I don't have to play Atlas Download Roulette with each upgrade ...

My links seem to be working. Not sure what I am doing right though?! I am using IE9 and I changed so many settings in order to get Atlas to work at all now I don't know what settings I changed.

Install isn't the issue, it's the latest patches I was trying to get to. It seems with all things Sage lately, it would just be nice if the stuff just worked and wasn't a 2 hour ordeal on getting something that used to take 10 minutes.

We can always hope Kevin. I encourage all of you who are attending Summit this year to voice to any Sage person you can on the Atlas issues and frustrations. Unfortunately I am not attending this year so I can't do the same. I have voiced my opinion to support but I am sure it is falling on deaf ears there.

Noble idea Brian - I think however this has been a 3 year disaster in the making and it's unlikely any amount of complaining will change their course.. In the meantime I strongly encourage everyone to download everything ahead of time. Plop it to cloud storage.

as screwed up as it was i think they are slowly making progress on the site. at least as far as KB searches, getting customer info and accessing the product updates ( except for CRM!). I needed a FAS 50 update last week and it was pretty easy to find.
