Neither Chrome nor IE10 work for me. Nothing intermittent about. I sent an email to portal.support@sage.com. we'll see.

I did get a response from Portal Support: ======= Hi Jerry , We apologize for the error message you are getting in the Portal. This is an intermittent error message that we are aware of and our service desk is currently working on resolving. Below are some steps you might want to try if you get this error again. We usually try them (in order) to try and resolve it. We proceed to the next step in case the one before that does not work. - Simply log off and log back on. - Log off and close all browser windows. Go to Task Manager and make sure there is no process still running for the browser (e.g. iexplore.exe for Internet Explorer), and restart the browser. - Log off, clear the browser cache (just temporary internet files and cookies will do) and close the browser. Go to Task Manager and make sure there is no process still running for the browser (e.g. iexplore.exe for Internet Explorer), and restart the browser

Have I mentioned how much I hate the portal lately? No? I have yet to log into the portal and find what I needed worked the first time. Usually it takes at least 2 browsers to get everything I need.
