I am thinking they are trying to match your current profile pic with the new one and the facial recognition isn't working.
Couldn't we just have a single form when we take our picture that we add our signature to, to state that we agree to allow it to be distributed as a group? For those who wish to keep it private, they would sign a different one to ask for it to be sent to only them.

We said that all of the headshots would be distributed during this week. As of Wed night, more than half have been sent.
I explained earlier why we can't just dump all the pix into a folder as we have in the past. Giving them to Bob Tobey to distribute would not address the problem.
As I said earlier, we did misjudge the process and priorities on it this year. We will do better next year.
