Any thoughts on how to respond to this email from Paul Sita @ Innovative IT Consulting? He wants to bring some X3 into our mix here. Based on what we discussed this weekend, I'm not sure it's worth pursuing as there won't be enough content there on a regular basis to make it worth anyone's while. Email below: Hi Peter, We've traded some comments on various linked in topics. Innovative is a consulting only partner focusing on Sage ERP X3 in the Greater NY Area. Has there been any talk of bringing X3 partners into the 90 minds group? Feel free to call or email me (psita@innovativeitc.com) so we can talk. Regards, Paul

Any idea where in NY they are located? (There website doesn't say which is odd). It might not be a bad idea as having knowledge of the solution that Sage sees as their 'love child' might not be a bad idea.

I think we should walk before we run. The problem becomes attaining some level of activity in a subgroup for a new specialty. I don't know what the magic number is for us to think about adding some subgroups (meaning other Sage products) -- but I'm going to take a WAG that it's probably 6 ACTIVE partners. And, yes, that does beg the question of how do you get active partners without admitting them and gauging their participation. My gut is that as we add people in such as this we run a risk that the group becomes subject to a lot of sales pitches. Why would he want to join a group of MAS partners other than to market to them? What's his incentive to participate around a group that's primarily Sage 100 focussed? My vote is no at this time.

I agree with Wayne. Keep it Sage 100 focused for the near future.
