Any references out there on MSI Service??

The discussion referenced by @KerryEsser covered it well. I just attended a demo with a client (large plumbing service company) of the Sage 300 CRE service function and was impressed. They had reviewed a few, including MSI and Spectrum Service Management, and they so far liked the Sage offering best. We are working with Alliance Solutions Group on the CRE packages. I know this doesn't help much if you have a customer using Sage 100.
