Any perspective on why Sage CRM would continually log off the users. I've started and worked with Sage on several calls, but still no luck. Every 10 minutes, give or take we are prompted for a logon. The SQL log reads: May 9 2012 12:38:25.716633664521An unexpected event has occurred : ERROR WITH URL :
    503 May 9 2012 12:38:25.716633664525Error accessing url: http://lvi4/sdata/crmj/metadata/-/$service/refreshSysParams?MetadataVersion=1306&SID=41872267945496

From Jon: The CRM IIS Application Pool could be set to kill sessions after x number of minuteswhich will bump users out. The CRM user inactivity timeout may be set as well and log them out if they're not clicking around in CRM.

From Tony: Assuming the unexpected logouts and the error log snippet below are from the same source, it appears to be a problem with the SData site on the CRM server. However, I can't say how to pinpoint it other than to make sure everything is setup according to Sage's recommendations. If the unexpected logouts are because of IP Address Mismatch, then tell them to turn off that setting in the registry. (HKEY_LOCALMACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\eWare\Config\<CRM Install> IPAddressChecking)

@PeterWolf thanks for the feedback. Looks liek it was the app pool timing out @ 20 mins. Two days oflooking good. We also changed the logon as on on the SData site. Give Jon and Tony a thanks from me.
