Any one seen this error when printing out of MAS to a remote printer connected to the Remote Desktop compute The TS is a WIN2008 R2 64 bit. The screenshot below was taken when trying to print a sales order. V440 #syswow64 #printers

I assume this is MAS 200 SQL. I have never seen that one before.

Is the SQL Server for Sage CRM? Why is it referring to SQL?

I think that's the same message I had last week and that's what fixed it for me.

I have run into issues with paperless on a Terminal Server, where the user has MAS with the Sage PDF Converter on the main PC AND MAS with Sage PDF converter on the TS. The paperless sees two Sage PDF Converters and crashes.

You need to make sure you disable the printer redirection of your local workstation if the MAS client is also installed locally. Their pdf converter printer usually crashes if a pdf converter printer is on the local workstaion and the TS tries to recognize both printers. Disk drives are OK. Install something like PDF995 (or equivalent) on the terminal server for a default printer then save the file locally if they need a document that has to be printed locally.
