Any one else having issues with the portal ? I have gotten this 2 days in a row.

I have not seen this. I primarily access the Knowledgebase. What area of the portal where you going into - or is this a sign-on error?

I've seen similar errors when I select options too quickly as if there's no buffer for my keystrokes. I did get various errors yesterday. Exited and started the browser again and did not get them. For me, using Firefox has minimized issues. I'm convinced there's someone at Sage that creates errors randomly for us.

Just trying to open the KB to sign in. I am going through Chrome! I guess I need to try IE .

Ok so IE works so what could be wrong with my Chrome?

Sage has said in the past that Chrome is notorious for errors, although it works sometimes.

Yes I know but 2 days now not working... I guess I have to use IE . Thanks all!

I will say as I use various online sites (State of CT) which appear to built to interface to Oracle or SAP type systems - their Web UI is all finicky and they rarely seem to support use of much other than Internet Explorer.

I got this all day yesterday and still getting it this morning. Using IE.

What a day the KB works with Chrome today !!!

IE and Chrome both appear to be working now. Just a few minutes ago, IE wasn't working for me but Chrome was.

Started working for me on Friday afternoon.

I dread the days I have to stop lying to myself and actually log into the portal. Those are the days I rethink the whole not drinking alcohol thing.

I try to never work without an emergency supply of Jack Daniels nearby...
