Any issues with 32 to 64 bit conversions when the client has enhancements?

I've run the 32 to 64-bit conversion utility. Yes, it's super easy. And on the surface it should be a click it and go type process. I'm concerned about running this 32 to 64 bit conversion with clients that might have larger enhancements such as Altec, InSynch, EDI, etc.

My question is for people who have run the 32-bit to 64-bit on customers with significant integrations - have you had any issues - and, if so, what were the issues?

I'm aware that Scanco/Endpoint says they require a paid reinstallation of their solution for a 32 to 64 bit conversion.

Anyone else with real experience doing this have feedback to share?

For those who may be unclear why I'm asking - Daily Transaction Register (DTR) hangs on "Processing Daily Transaction Register"

I just ran into a minor issue on the weekend: DSN's.  The client uses MS Access databases as a middle step for data flowing from a 3rd party system, and have set up DSN's to import data from there into Sage.  Switch to 64-bit and the 32-bit DSN's were unavailable... and Windows didn't have an MS Access driver for 64-bit installed at the time, so I left them running 32-bit Sage (until the 64-bit drivers could be installed).
