Any insights on the current best practice for setting up consignment inventory? I usually set up a separate product line and modify the GL accounts.

Don't many use a dedicated warehouse instead of a product line?

I did this once last year. New warehouse with a GL segment. Reversing period-end transactions to wipe out Purchases Clearing and Inventory amounts, with a manual process to match receipts to invoice.

Did you scour SC for past posts. I think there are several over the years.
