Any ideas? Sage KB says to allow full or change control to the folder where docs are stored. No luck. Customer is getting this message when trying to print Payroll Data Entry Audit Report to Paperless. New workstation with Win 7.

Version Has this ever worked? Can customer duplicate this on other workstations or is it workstation specific Was the WKSETUP re-run for Win 7 (I've seen my share who drag/drop the icons or use some type of copy) If you login as network administrator (NOT someone the IT person say's should be) what happens? I feel as if this is probably the start of a troubleshooting checklist we should publish.

4.40, PU 5 Only on this workstation, immediately after it was upgraded to Win 7. Yes, we re-ran wksetup yesterday (from the balcony on the 19th floor of our ocean view room in Myrtle Beach I might add....naturally customer did not check with is first before making hardware changes!)

Can they browse to the folder from My Computer?

I would insist a network admin log in to rule out a rights issue. If I had a dime for every IT administrator who swore a user had admin rights .... and another for every time I heard ""ohhhhh yeah I forgot about ...

I often tell a customer such a login is a diagnostic requirement and if they are unwilling then their case is then a project we quote additionally.

So does paperless work in the BF modules? PR is legacy so it may be isolated to PR. I still have problems jumping back and forth. Is the cdintf300.dll file in the wow64 folder? Is it the same size as the cdintf.dll in the server's home folder? Try reregistering it. Have you done the PL_advancedoptions.ui steps?

Had the same issue on a Windows Server 2008 32-bit; uninstalled and reinstalled wksetup and wksupdate and that resolved the issue. 4.40.0.5. All workstations are WIndows 7 32-bit and they all were working (note: Sage PDF Converter not using LPT1 port on any workstation; created a new port called Sage at each workstation and haven't had any issues with paperless since).

Oh, that is a good thought Ed. Be sure to check your Sage PDF Port as it may be set to Null......... Not good on WIN 7 64 OS

Thanks to all for your ideas. It was the cdintf300.dll. Had to put it in the right place for 64 bit and manually register.
