Sage 100

Any HRMS consultants in the Los Angeles area? I referred a Sage 100 client to the Sage Consultants Group to do the HRMS implementation. Long story short, SCG never got it to work right, client is not happy and looking for a local consultant to come in and take over the implementation.

Rather sad that SAGE can't even get their product to work......

Is this group also know as SAGE PSG (Professional Services Group), located in Tampa/St Petersburg FL? How long (months) did your client allow them to try to implement SAGE HRMS before they started looking for someone else?

We have a customer with a terrible experience with Sage HRMS PSG.

@MichaelMcDonald yes it's the same group. It's been over a year. Delays and problems all along. The client tells me that due to the fast change in personnel at PSG, no one stays long enough to really own or understand the problem. They keep getting new case managers and support people that know less than the one before them.
