Any experience out there with printing labels via MASPrint to a Datamax-O'Neil E4305A Mark III label printer? Running 4.20 and labels were printing fine to their previous Datamax Allegro 2 label printer until the workstation was replaced with Win7 Prof SP1 64-bit; nothing would get to the printer from MAS, but other Windows applications worked fine. And now with the new label printer, from MAS it just prints jibberish but other Windows applications work fine. And apparently printing to the Zebra printer from MAS works fine. Any ideas?

Are there any 32-bit Win 7 workstations you can test the printer on?

Apparently all the Win7 computers they have are 64-bit. The only 32-bits are XP. Hopefully Scanco will have some words of wisdom.

Scanco????? Ugh! Hopefully, they have improved their service levels. Hey Mark C, did your client ever get up and running?
