Any EDI vendor of preference out there??? Can anyone share the good, the bad and the ugly??

SWK has a good Mapadoc (sp?) solution. High Jump True Commerce (I have a couple of installs) and RedTail Solutions (affiliate member at MOTM 2016) also have solutions.

We have a few companies using MAPADOC. I've been interested in speaking with RedTail for our next opportunity.

Anyone else have experience with RedTail? I'm thinking our next opportunity will also be through RedTail. We don't have anyone using MAPADOC but do have a couple using High Jump/True Commerce and one still with Kissinger.

I don't have anyone using these solutions, but did a review with RedTail-Jeff Franklin last week looked very nice.

We've done HJ/TC, MAPADOC, and Kissinger. All good.

I've only done True Commerce, and would not recommend. They're clueless to their own integration. Today, I spent 2 hours with support trying to figure out why JC Penney ASN's are consolidating duplicate items. They claim to use BOI, but tell me they can't read data from Invoice Detail file? Amateur hour, so budget accordingly. Also would not recommend SPS Commerce (aka Jackals), as they sold MAPADOC to customer behind my back, then refused a refund even though customer never implemented MAPADOC.
