    Have you run into any issues with third-party solutions when you increase the AR Customer Number from 7 to 20 characters?

    I have done this with a handful of clients with no issues.  The last one was Version 2021 Premium.

    That's what I thought but figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.

    I've never encountered an issue with "vanilla" Sage 100 however I'm always a bit nervous when a customer has several add-ons.

    It wouldn't have hurt for me to mention that my v2021 client has Operations Management and a slew of other Scanco add-ons.
