Another unlocking key FAIL from Sage. Ordered additional concurrent user licenses for CRM 7.1. They send unlocking keys for an older version of CRM (which the customer never owned!). CRM 7.1 is the first version of SageCRM that the customer has owned. I am ready to send Mr. Miller an email to let him know his unlocking key issue is not resolved. I have left 2 voicemails and 3 emails about getting the right unlocking keys and still don't have a response. So here I am sitting at the client site with bad unlocking keys...at a standstill.

Brian - I think we discussed this previously but I can't think of many situations where the concurrent user license scheme is better than named user licenses with Sage CRM. If we discussed previously, please disregard... old age is setting in.

Hah...actually I reached out to my CAM and he put my in touch with Tamara. She was very responsive and helpful in getting me the correct ones quickly. Thanks Wayne. Too bad they can't get it right the first time. Peter - I tried talking the user into the named (less expensive) but how they are envisioning using it they are going to the license use among users (due to light use by the sales team). They are going to use it mostly for customer communications with the CSR's and case tracking. They had no problem spending more.
