    _**Resolved**_ - Users Are Experiencing Difficulty Processing Payments As of approximately 11:00 am EST, Sage payment processing service has been restored. Users processing payments through Sage Exchange Desktop should **right-click the Sage Exchange icon in the system tray and choose Restart Application** before resuming normal operation.
