    Perhaps Sage needs to hire a consultant to show them how to use their billing systems... or to implement a proper system as a replacement for manual processes.

    @Therese Logeais - Thank you for keeping us on top of these! Since MySageSell went dormant ( no more updates ) and Sage apparently is unable to fix their login issues for some organizations there is no longer a central place to view all this info for those of us locked out of the Partner Hub.

    I talked to Michelle P at Sage about it and she asked what the issue is. I told her and never heard another peep which I take as an admission that there is indeed an unresolved issue. I have more than a few conversations with Sage where it frequently appears I'm breaking some bad news to Sage people in charge who really should know either the news or why it's bad or both.

    @Wayne Schulz did you get back in? I was locked out too and got a resolution this afternoon:

    I spoke with the tech team today and they recommended that you try clearing your cache and then closing the browser.  We had an issue earlier in the week related to our authentication service that was causing login issues and if you happened to try logging in at that time, it may have cached this error.

     Here are the steps to do this for various browsers:

     I didn't see an email from Michelle Forsey, so I'm cc'ing her here – Michelle, if you can try this as well please as I believe you had a similar issue.

     If this does not work, I'll send this to the tech team for further research.  Thanks for your patience while we try to get you up and running in the new Sage Partner Hub.

    I’m still locked out. Just as with most embarrassing Sage related situations, I just stopped getting progress updates. Out of site out of mind.

    In all seriousness, it was my understanding that every renewal was generated by a human.  And it goes without saying I can't get into the partner hub.  Still using Atlas for everything.

    I am stuck out of BOTH...sent email yesterday to Partner Hub support....no answer yet.
    Now when I try to login to regular partner portal...get this screen....
