Another interesting issue. First thought is a permissions issue and probably still is, just don't know where to tell IT where to look. (that's bad) Server A/Server B both are connected to by RDP. Told by user Server A is virtual (may be important) to import something from another program into Mas90 which is same Mas90 on Server B. Have 1 user from same workstation can log into both servers, but only gets a ""deferred"" printer option while in Mas90 from Server A. So can't print anything at all, except jibberish from a notepad. Another user using RDP at this same workstation with their credentials logs into Server A and can print. Now it really seems permission related, IT deleted user profile who could not print and made it exactly the same as a user who could (what I am told), user still can not print. Another interesting fact, I checked all printers security (each user can see the same workstation printers) including paperless and seems to be exactly as users who can print. This is RDP also, so in theory all workstations should act the same, but I tried to test the converter in File\Run\PL_advancedoptions_ui for this user logged into Mas90 and it errors, but not for another user logged into the same Server A and logged into Mas90. Hope you could follow that.

You say 90, but is it really 90, or is it Adv? That Deferred thing is a network rights issue with Adv, can't remember seeing it with 90-Std.

Make sure the user has a Default Printer selected. It may be trying to select a locally redirected printer and failing.

I did see a printer that said redirected, not sure that was the one that was default.

All printers have a status of ""Ready?"" Error/Offline printers can cause issues too.

If user only sees deferred print option then that is definitely permissions related. Make sure that all users who connect to the RDP servers have full control to the local C:\Sage\Sage 100 ERP....... folder, along with the C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Sage folder. This usually helps resolve printing related problems for Sage 100 Advanced.

What happens when the user, having the problem, attempts to browse the network to the \\..\MAS90 folder? Do they get challenged for a User ID and Password?

@MadelineStefanou I searched \\servername\sage(directory) and got -Accessing the resource has been disallowed. I sent information to IT, they needed full access to it. That was this morning when I sent it. I had taken a bunch of screen shots yesterday and came across it this morning and that was on Server A, on Server B I could access it. In this case I would think it is server to server issue, though I still have other users able to print from Server A logging in from her workstation and all accessing Sage with no other issues.
