General Consultant Discussion

Another email to client without informing the business partner. Now my SPS clients are asking what this is all about. I wish I knew what to tell them.

From what I can tell it's basically a direct mail

So I guess the copy I got was because we use SPS ourselves, not as a partner. Don't class action lawsuits like the is normally require the defendant to figure out amounts and mail the checks without you having to do anything? I just got a tiny check from Amex for something similar.

I think it depends on the settlement. The one thing they always figure out is the attorney fees.....

Yea, the attorneys get about a billion, and the average class member, a coupon for a deluxe copy of Newsweek magazine or something :)
