Another client, another headache. Upgraded them to v44 last week from v410. Trying to change (by pasting) the UNC path PR options for the Direct Deposit ACH folder. Running into an error stating that the directory cannot be created. Found this KB article that seems to fit. I still get the error by browsing to the new folder location. I am on the server with Admin rights. I can create the folder in Explorer.... Is this the correct solution? Anybody else run into it? Could it be looking for just a drive and path versus a network \\ location

Nope, the old path was UNC

Did you try it from a workstation?

If you leave the path blank, it will write them to the PRxxx directory automatically.

@Robert - Don't recall last week if I did. Will try that next.

Tried changing the UNC at the workstation and still got the same error message. Used DFDM to change the PR0 record. Went back into PR setup options to verify the change. It still displayed the old path. Apparently, it also changes another field, perhaps in the SY0 tables. Seems to be an issue still that is not corrected by the KB.

This isn't a MAS 200 and one of the issues Alnoor solved where the server needed a higher level account to run because it couldn't see another server (where my client was storing paperless documents)?

And when you paste that UNC into Windows Explorer it opens up, right?

Of course. That is where I get the path to begin with.
