Another Aatrix issue. Installed as admin but when trying to access it in AP 1099 eFiling and Reporting, we get ""Unable to create two instances."" Anyone seen this?

Had that exact message yesterday but the program continued to function and forms were created successfully.

I've only seen it when I've had one instance minimized and tried to start another instance. You might want to reboot if you haven't tried that already.

Really? I clicked Ok (or whatever the prompt was) and then nothing came up.

Thanks @MaryJoKrueger . I called her back and she said, ""Well, I was on another user's workstation trying it there before she left for the day and now her computer is locked..."" THAT could be the first instance...

Yes, I had this happen this past month whenever I got too impatient in processing w2""s. Mimics the Launcher message when you try to open another instance of Sage.
