This should save at least 1 - 2 FTE's to make the (UK) shareholders happy.

This is an email to end users. You're sadly mistaken if you think Sage would spend time notifying the channel.

IMO, this is great because barely any customer will bother doing this and I don't plan to babysit anyone who is not on a plan with me. When life gives ?? make lemonade! Thank you Sage!
