Voting Period
Voting will be open from January 23, 2025, through February 7, 2025, at 10:00 PM Pacific Time. All votes must be submitted electronically before the deadline.
Eligible Voters
Only Consultant Members in good standing as of January 1, 2025, are eligible to vote.
Ballot Format
- You may vote for up to two (2) candidates.
- Voting for more than two candidates will invalidate your ballot.
- Write-in candidates are allowed.
Submission
Ballots will be distributed electronically to all eligible members. Please complete your ballot and submit it via the provided electronic platform before the deadline.
Tallying Votes
- The two candidates receiving the most votes will fill the open Board seats.
- In the event of a tie, a runoff election will be held.
Results Announcement
Election results will be revealed on March 12, 2025, both in person at the Meeting of the Minds in Palm Springs and online.
