@AnnetteEgbert received (and says I did too*) an email from a developer with an enhancement to account for lots without changing the items current valuation. Neither of us can track down the email. Did anyone else ge*t the email? Is anyone familiar with the enhancement? *Apparently we had a conversation I don't remember. This could very well be true.

Wasn't that an extended solution? Something like Lot/Serial with Average Cost?

I think I remember getting an email like that during the pre-Summit spam rush, but apparently I deleted it as well. I think it was a part of someone's warehouse management package.

Jon Reiter at DSD has an enhancement based on IM-1271 that does Serial Tracking for Average Cost Items. We have a quote for updating it to add Lot tracking as well. Give him a call.
